  11. First off, if you already downloaded the JSUPDATE from somewhere and ran it,
  12. then this is kinda useless.  If not, then read on..
  13.  
  14. This WAD file contains sounds from NBA Jam.  Whenever someone gets blasted,
  15. it will go: "Boom-shaka-laka!", or "Is it the shoes?", etc.

  19. This version now has the original DOOM sounds mixed in with the NBA Jam 
  20. sounds.  The last version didn't have this, it just went "Boom-shaka-laka!" 
  21. without the sound of soldiers dying.

  23. I think it sounds better this way, and maybe you will too.  Hopefully this'll 
  24. be the last version.  What more could I add?

  28. Simple!  Just type:

  30. DOOM -FILE JAMSNDS.WAD
  31.  
  32. (Make sure JAMSNDS.WAD is in your DOOM directory)

  34. It'll say something like: "This version of DOOM has been modified... blah 
  35. blah blah blah... Press enter to continue".  Well it HAS been modified, so 
  36. just press ENTER!!

  38. This was made for the Registered version, but should work with the shareware
  39. version of DOOM.

  55.     I found out someone uploaded the other JAMSNDS.ZIP onto the Software 
  56. Creations BBS (It could be on other boards too).  But, they modified the text 
  57. file saying THEY did it, and not me.  I never knew someone out there would be 
  58. so LAME and STUPID to take credit for something they didn't even do!  Its
  59. really sad for somebody to do that.  Luckily they didn't mess with the WAD 
  60. file and screw that up too.
